INGREDIENTS
- Unsweetened almond milk / soy milk – 1 cup
- Pumpkin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Chia seeds – 1 tbsp (soaked)
- Flaxseeds – 1 tbsp (lightly roasted & powdered)
- Hemp seeds – 1 tbsp
- Greek yogurt / thick curd – 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
- Vanilla essence – 2–3 drops (optional)
- Ice cubes / water – as needed
HOW TO MAKE
- Soak chia seeds in water for 15–20 minutes.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust consistency with water or ice.
- Serve fresh.
