INGREDIENTS
- Black coffee (freshly brewed) – 1 cup (200–240 ml)
- Collagen peptides (unflavoured) – 10 g (≈ 1 scoop)
- Cinnamon powder (OPTIONAL) – a pinch
- Cold-pressed coconut oil (OPTIONAL) – ½ teaspoon
HOW TO MAKE
- Brew fresh black coffee.
- Let it cool slightly (very hot water can clump collagen).
- Add collagen peptides and stir well or blend briefly.
- Add cinnamon or coconut oil if using.
- Consume immediately.
