INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp rajma (cooked)
- 2 tbsp chana (cooked)
- 2 tbsp chawli beans (cooked)
- 2 green Moong Sprouts (cooked)
- 1 sweet potato (cooked)
- 1 small onions, chopped
- 1 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 2 tbsp pomegranate
For the dressing:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
HOW TO MAKE:
Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, chaat masala, salt, pepper, chopped coriander to make a wonderful dressing.
Mix all the rajma, channa, chawli beans and green moong sprouts into the dressing.
Then add chopped Sweet potato, onion, tomatoes and cucumber.
Mix it well and let it soak the dressing in the fridge for approx an hour.
Serve chilled.
