INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 green Chillies
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Peanuts
- Handful of coriander and coriander stems
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Paneer 100 gm
- 1 tsp Oil/ Ghee to cook
In a pan take green chillies, garlic and peanuts and salt, dry roast it for a while.
Crush all together adding coriander and stems to it and make a paste of it and add lemon to take.
Take paneer cubes and coat it with the thecha and in a pan add the and sautee your coated paneer slightly and enjoy your thecha paneer!
