INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup cubed sweet potato (Steamed/ Boiled)
- 1 Date
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk/ Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
- Ice Cubes
HOW TO MAKE:
In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined.
If necessary, add in more almond milk to thin the smoothie. If desired, sprinkle with your favorite granola/ seeds.
