INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp ragi flour
- 1 tbsp soaked chia (seeds in milk 6-7 hrs or overnight)
- 1 tsp honey
- Blueberries, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds
- Pinch of cardamom powder.
METHOD:
Cook ragi flour with a little water until thickened, let it cool
Mix with soaked chia seeds, honey, and cardamom.
Top with blueberries, pomegranate, and pumpkin seeds.
Serve chilled!
