INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Almond Milk/ Coconut Milk
- 1 Mango chopped in cubes.
- 1 tbsp Mixed Seeds (Pumpkin seeds, Melon Seeds, Flax seeds, Sunflower seeds)
- 1 tbsp Nuts (Almond, walnut, Pecan, Brazil Nut)
HOW TO MAKE:
In a airtight glass container take oats and chia seeds add milk of your choice, stir well there should be no lumps in it.
Close the container and store it for overnight. Let the oats and chia seeds soak well in the milk.
In the morning chop the Mango use it as a topping also add all the seeds and nuts to it.
