Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed dry fruits (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios)
- ½ cup dates (seedless)
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds (optional)
- 1 tsp ghee
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
Method:
- Dry roast dry fruits and flaxseeds for a few minutes. Set aside.
- Blend dates into a paste. Add roasted dry fruits, raisins, coconut, cardamom, and ghee.
- Mix and shape into laddus.
