INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup water or coconut water
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
HOW TO MAKE:
Place the chopped kiwi, apple, beetroot, plain yogurt, water or coconut water, and honey (if using) into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes if desired for a colder texture, then blend again until well combined.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with a slice of kiwi or a sprinkle of chia seeds.
