INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
- 1 chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp spring onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp cabbage, finely chopped
- ½ capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp beans, finely chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp soy sauce (By Urban Platter)
- 1 tsp vinegar/ lemon juice
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp spring onion, chopped (for topping)
HOW TO MAKE:
Firstly, in a large kadai, heat ghee and stir fry garlic, ginger and chilli.
Add spring onion and stir fry until it softens. further, add carrot, cabbage, capsicum and beans. stir fry for 2 minutes or until the veggies are half cooked.
Add water,soy sauce, vinegar/ lemon juice and chilli sauce.
Also, add pepper powder and salt.
boil for 3 minutes or until the flavour is absorbed well.
continue to boil for 2 more minutes or until the soup thickens slightly.
Finally, add spring onion and enjoy hot and sour soup.
