Ingredients:
- 2 cups flattened rice (poha)
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts
- ¼ cup roasted chana dal
- 2 tbsp dried coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2-3 green chilies (slit)
- Curry leaves
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Method:
- Roast poha: Lightly dry roast the flattened rice until crisp.
- Prepare tempering: Heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
- Add ingredients: Mix in turmeric, salt, peanuts, chana dal, and coconut. Stir well.
- Combine: Add roasted poha, mix thoroughly, and let cool before storing.
