INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Gobble Right wrap (Chickpea/ Almond Flour)
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 small Onion Chopped
- 1 small Avocado Mashed (Optional)
- 1 small cup chopped Bell Pepper
- 1 small Carrot Chopped
- Salt as required
- Black Pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Whisk the egg whites. Scramble them in a pan on medium heat. Set aside
2. In a pan, add onion, bell, Carrot salt and a good amount of pepper to saute.
3. Lay out Gobble Right (Chickpea/ Almond Flour) wrap and add mashed avocado, sauteed veggies and scrambled egg white on top.
4. Roll the wrap to completely fill. Cut in half.
5. Enjoy!
