Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated fresh coconut (or desiccated coconut)
- ½ cup jaggery powder
- ¼ cup almond flour (optional)
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
Method:
- Cook coconut and jaggery: In a pan, melt ghee and add grated coconut. Stir in jaggery and cook until well combined.
- Add flavoring: Mix in almond flour, cardamom, and nuts.
- Set and cool: Pour the mixture into a greased tray, press it flat, and let it cool. Cut into squares and enjoy!
