Besan ladoo

Ingredients:

• 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
• ¼ cup ghee (use less for healthier option)
• ¼ cup jaggery powder (or as per taste)
• 1 tbsp almond flour (optional)
• 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
• ½ tsp cardamom powder

Method:

1. Roast besan: In a pan, roast besan with ghee until aromatic and golden brown.
2. Add jaggery: Turn off the heat, mix in jaggery, almond flour, and cardamom.
3. Shape laddus: Add nuts, let the mixture cool slightly, and shape into laddus.
