INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cups dosa batter
- 1 Beetroot small, cubed
- 1 Red chilli
- ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
- ⅛ teaspoon Asafoetida
- Gheel – to smear
HOW TO MAKE:
Grind red chilli, jeera and cubed beetroot without adding water to a smooth paste.
Add it to the batter, along with asafoetida and mix well.
In a hot tawa, spread the dosa on desired thickness.
You can make it thick and cook with a lid covered. drizzle some ghee. Flip and cook until done.
