INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g ash gourd
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ghee
- 3-4 mint leaves
HOW TO MAKE:
Wash ash gourd. Remove the outer skin and seeds.
Cut the gourd into small pieces and make juice using a juicer. Strain the juice using a sieve.
Heat pan on medium flame. Add ghee and cumin powder, and saute for a minute.
Add juice, mint leaves, black pepper, lemon juice and salt. Mix it well.
Boil it until cooked. Remove it from the gas.
Pour this soup into a bowl and garnish with mint leaves and a lemon slice. Serve it hot.
