INGREDIENTS
- 20 g sushi rice (uncooked)
- 50 g grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp cucumber, julienned
- 2 tbsp carrot, julienned
- 2 thin slices avocado (~15 g)
- ½ nori sheet
- ½ tsp rice vinegar
- Pinch salt
- ¼ tsp sesame seeds
HOW TO MAKE
1. Cook rice
- Rinse the rice and cook with ~40 ml water until soft.
- Mix with rice vinegar and a pinch of salt.
- Cool slightly.
2. Prepare Chicken
- Grill chicken breast without excess oil.
- Slice into thin strips.
3. Roll sushi
- Place ½ nori sheet on a sushi mat.
- Spread the cooked rice evenly.
- Add chicken, cucumber, carrot, and avocado in the center.
- Roll tightly and slice into 3 pieces.
4. Garnish
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
