INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup roasted makhana
- 1 tbsp Besan
- 2 tbsp poha
- 1 tbsp thick curd (dahi)
- Water as required
- Salt as required\
- 1 tsp Ghee
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix together all the ingredients with water in a bowl. Let the mixture sit for around 8-10 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and add a little more water. Blend to form a smooth paste. You may add more water, but the batter should not become too runny.
Whisk the batter in a bowl to get more fluffy dosas.
Grease a tawa or pan with ghee. Once heated, ladle a spoon or two of the batter on top and spread it to make round dosas.
Cook on both sides and serve hot with coconut or any other chutney.
