Ingredients:
½ cup puffed jowar or puffed ragi
½ tsp ghee or olive oil
1 tsp roasted peanuts
1 tsp roasted chana dal
¼ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp curry leaves
Pinch of turmeric
Pinch of salt
A few green chili slices or red chili flakes (optional)
How to Make:
Heat ghee/oil in a small pan.
Add mustard seeds; let them splutter.
Add curry leaves, turmeric, and chili; sauté for a few seconds.
Add peanuts and chana dal; roast until golden.
Toss in puffed jowar or ragi, sprinkle salt, and mix well.
Roast lightly for 1–2 minutes on low heat, stirring continuously.
Serve warm or let it cool—ready to eat!
