INGREDIENTS:
- 75gm Chifu
- ½ cup of Broccoli (chopped)
- ½ cup of Mushroom (Chopped) (Optional).
- Salt to Taste
- 1 tsp Ghee
HOW TO MAKE:
Cook the broccoli in boiling water until tender. Pan sear the Chifu with cooking ghee for 4-5 minutes until crispy brown on the outside.
Sautee the Mushroom as well in little ghee. Transfer tender broccoli onto the pan.
Assemble the components in your bowl, mix and enjoy!
