INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Button Mushroom (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
- 1 tbsp green onion (chopped)
- 1 small tomato, cut in 8 wedges
- 1-2 lettuce, your choice
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- Salt as required
- 1 tsp pepper, freshly ground
HOW TO MAKE:
Heat ghee in a non-stick frypan; add chopped fresh mushrooms; saute until nicely browned on both sides; Set aside to cool. Add the next 4 ingredients to a large bowl, from Coriander to lettuce, mix well.
Scatter warm mushrooms over all, place chicken slices on top, sprinkle salt and freshly ground coarse pepper over all.
