Shravan Week 4 Diet Plan
Intermittent fasting (IF) is a way of eating those cycles between periods of eating and fasting. The idea is to get the benefits of fasting without experiencing all the hunger, cravings and discomfort that come with it. The practice has been around for thousands of years in different cultures, but modern research on the health benefits has only taken off over the last 10 years or so.
Week 4 Diet Plan
Early Morning
1 cup of lukewarm water with half freshly squeezed lemon
Breakfast
Skip (continue intermittent fasting)
Lunch (between 12:30pm to 2:00pm)
1 bhakri + 1bowl of any green leafy vegetable of any homemade sabji and cooked lentils (matki/usal) + 1 bowl daal rice & ghee + 1 bowl raita
Evening snack
1 cup herbal detox tea by Nutracy Lifestyle OR 1 cup black coffee
Dinner (between 7:30pm to 8:30pm)
Option1 – 5 almonds + 5walnuts + 10 black raisins + peanuts & jaggery ladoo + 1cup kadha
Option2 – 15-20 peanuts with little jaggery + 1 cup kadha
Option 3 – 1 cup varai rice with 1 bowl shengdana amti (groundnut amti)
